Pride Cast Metals - Capabilities

The assembly operation at Pride Cast Metals^SM is as diverse as our customers' needs. Our ability to be flexible and creative has prompted us to assemble units that have anywhere from 2 to 50 separate components, or more. In addition, we offer numerous testing capabilities and a complete Kan Ban inventory system. Our ultimate goal is our customers' satisfaction. If you have a need, we can meet it!

We can work with pieces from any manufacturer and, if necessary, we can even work with your machines. In fact, several of our customers have relocated their equipment to our 17,000 square foot assembly room for more efficient production. We have also established an Exchange Program that allows customers to return old and used products to us so that we can disassemble the items and recycle any useful parts and materials for rebuilding applications.

One of our assembly operations is proud to have earned the prestigious Manufacturer of the Year award for the last 4 years from a Fortune 500 company. Each year we achieved a 5.0+ rating out of a possible 5.0 scale based on quality, delivery, service, and pricing.

We have many different testing capabilities including flow testing, pressure testing, and pull testing. We have even designed and created custom machinery that provides additional testing capabilities based on our customers' unique specifications. We are very familiar with the rigorous testing standards of the Underwriters Laboratory and have obtained UL Certification on numerous products.
