Our Roberts Sinto FBO automatic molding machine can produce a high volume of products at near net shape with high accuracy molding, more consistent productivity, and higher work efficiency.

Using other progressive technology, our castings are porosity free with 100% dimensional tolerance based on customer specifications. Our foundry utilizes automatic pour off, automatic flaskless molds, and automatic core settings. We can pour a wide range of alloys, including aluminum, brass, bronze, zinc aluminum, and other non-ferrous alloys. We also offer impregnation of castings and multiple flask sizes. Our coremaking processes include CO2, ISOCURE, and SHELL.

Our finished products are of optimal quality due to our on-site cleaning room and our ability to use different metal finishes, such as shot blasted and vibratory tumble.
