Our pattern shop is a full service operation that produces master, prototype, and production tooling along with necessary machining or assembly fixturing similar to any tool and die shop. In addition, we offer pattern modification and design consultation.

Our full service, non-ferrous foundry utilizes state of the art melting and molding techniques. We are capable of coremaking, finished sand casting, cast cleaning, finishing, and welding.

Pride Cast Metals offers a full range of stocked inventory services that are available to large volume customers. We utilize a Kan Ban system and other JIT procedures to ensure our customers a complete and accurate inventory at all times.

In addition to the services already mentioned, Pride Cast Metals also offers impregnation, pressure testing, Zyglo penetrant testing, and heat treatment. We also have the ability to coat finished products with hard coat, anodize, powder, or teflon coating.
